This unforgettable wedding in Perth was a breathtaking blend of timeless elegance and heartfelt Indonesian cultural touches. Set against the stunning architecture of St George’s Cathedral, one of Perth’s most iconic Anglican churches, the ceremony offered a serene and sacred atmosphere for the couple to exchange their vows. I had the honour of capturing this special day —from the quiet, emotional moments in the cathedral to the joyful celebrations at the elegant DoubleTree by Hilton reception.

While the couple embraced a classic Western-style wedding look, their Chinese Indonesian roots were gently woven into the celebration. The bride looked radiant in a flowing white wedding gown, complemented by delicate accessories and a soft romantic hairstyle. The groom wore a crisp white suit, exuding sophistication and charm. Though their attire was modern and Western, the deep family values and warmth so characteristic of Indonesian culture were present throughout the day.
